The Party Card is available at Coles.
You can only buy physical Party cards valued at $25 & $50. Alternatively, digital Party Cards are available for purchase with values ranging from $20 - $500.

You can use your gift card at any of our top participating retailers Australia wide.

Your gift card cannot be redeemed at concession or third-party stockists.

Yes, but not all our retailers are able to be redeemed online. Please check if your participating retailer will accept online redemption here.

Using your card in store is very easy - simply present your gift card at the participating retailer to swipe at the eftpos terminal. Select "SAVINGS," enter the PIN on the back of card and you're done.

If the transaction amount exceeds the card’s balance, you will need to pay for the remaining amount on a different card or cash.

Please check if your Party Card carries sufficient balance to complete the swap. If the card’s balance is lower than the e-gift voucher amount, the swap will decline. If it has sufficient balance but still declining, then please contact us directly so we can assist.
No! You can choose how and where you want to spend your card balance. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay on your card as long as it’s valid for. This way you can enjoy your gift card more than once.
No, unfortunately you cannot top-up your gift card at this stage - but watch this space!

The Party Card should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. We unfortunately cannot replace a lost, stolen or damaged card under any circumstances. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Sorry to hear that. Check out the following reasons your card may not be working:

  1. The balance you have nominated is not available. You can check your card balance here.
  2. Your gift card has expired. Gift cards have a 36 month expiry, which can be calculated 36 months from the date of issue, or you can see the expiry within the Check Balance section of our site.
  3. The retailer you have tried to use your gift card at is not a participating retailer with The Party Card. You can view participating retailers here.

We take security very seriously, and a major part of that is ensuring that orders are placed by the legitimate cardholder.

If your order is declined during the checkout process, it means we were unable to verify your purchase, and it was declined out of caution.

We recommend placing your order again completing all required details – such as phone number, email, and billing address – that match the card holder’s information. We will then re-assess your order.

TCN will never ask you for your full credit card number or TFN. However, we may ask for an image of your card detailing the last 4 digits and full name along with photo ID if we need to further verify an order.
After confirming that the transaction was unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company/payment account and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised card/account and issue a new one for future use.

You can pick up a physical gift card at any Coles stores Australia-wide. The card will be activated when scanned at the checkout. Buy online and we will deliver your gift card to your nominated recipient. Simply choose your card and checkout.
